Nedbank Webpage Waste of Time.

I don't know why Nedbank (and indeed other banks) bother to have links from there websites, for them to revert to customers queries. On 5/01/2021 I sent a simple request asking for more details on their Money Market rates. At least I was able to trace this request as an email to :*** (unlike some other links that seem to just disappear into Cyberspace) On 07/01/20 I sent a follow-up email and needless to say I still await a reply (I did check my Junk folders just in case).
