Nedbank waste of time

Being a Nedbank client for 3 years banking with them with all my loyalty but I'm rejected for a loan consolidation. After providing all the legitimate documents proving Im earning extra income which also reflects on my bank statements I still get declined. Yet I have not missed a single debit order my account always shows income weekly and monthly. I waste my time going into the bank thinking it would be better and faster (side note the consultant at the bank is a very professional person and she gave me good service and advise). I was told my documents need to be submitted for approval. I mean what's the point of being a cheque account holder or platinum account holder when you go to Capitec has a Savings account holder and get instant response and immediate payment of a loan while sitting in the bank. I guess it's just a money making scheme waste of time having this useless banking status and it can't get you what you really need .Think I should move my account back to Capitec not that I have millions and I'm sure Nedbank won't miss me because Nedbank probably thinks I'm ***** because providing all the legit documents and additional proof on my bank statements I still get declined. What a disappointment from Nedbank and to think I asked my son's and husband to move to Nedbank. Now I know why they laughed at me.
