Nedbank: Warning Message

Good day, I went to Nedbank Makhado Branch 2nd week of December 2020 to close my Bank Account and I was attended by the Consultant who works at Nedbank Makhado Branch and after the lady's assistance she then confirmed that she closed my account. I asked her if she can give me a copy of proof that my Bank Account was closed and she said there is no document that she can give as a proof but according to their system my Bank Account has been closed. I have received an SMS today from Nedbank, the SMS read as follows: "Nedbank: Warning. Your balance on a/c ****** is low. 18 Feb 21 at 02:00. Avail R0,00. Call ***". Is it possible that I can still receive SMS from Nedbank warning me about my account balance if my account has been closed?
