Nedbank wants me to visit a branch to update my cellphone number, in 2022. What a Joke!

I want to settle my personal loan, but Nedbank says I need to visit the branch first, to update my cellphone number. Funny because when I app**** for that loan 6 months ago, they didn't care about my cellphone number. Basically, the new applications department have my correct details but the settlement team has a number I haven't used in 10 years. Now I can't close the loan account because the departments don't communicate.
