Nedbank want to finance a defective property

I want to say I am disappointed by Nedbank Homeloans. I app**** for a loan to buy a property and when I did the last inspection I found out the place had cracks in all the rooms except the bathrooms. There were also a roof leak. I brought this to the attention of Nedbank. Now the problem is Nedbank did not want to help in this matter and just said their inspectors just check if the price is alright. But after I told them that the place is defective, they were supposed to be concerned about the property they were about to finance. I even told them that one lady from Bond originators in Pretoria east wrote a ********** email pretending to be a Nedbank official, but they were not interested. My question is, is Nedbank really serious about their customer service? I have some investments with Nedbank and I am currently looking for a new home where I can move my investments to. It is not acceptable that a bank is in cohorts with ************ developers who build defective houses to sell to us and the ban just agrees even if the customer tells them about serious defects. I had to employ the services of housecheck to confirm the defects and they also discovered new shocking defects.
