Nedbank wake up ffs

Nedbank Executors - terrible. My elderly client has been at six branches to report the death of his wife. No one has any idea of what that is. No I am helping him, free of charge. How is an elderly sick gentleman supposed to over come the tech hurdles of doing this on-line? As I am helping him, response time is dismall, handed over to nedbank outsourced. There is a reason why we want you to ceede the executorship - cause you suck!
