NEDBANK WAITING TIME

Just went to a nedbank branch to pick up cards. Met people there before me who have been waiting for 40 minutes. Two customers before me left after wsiting 40 minutes. Ehatever Nedbank is doing its not working. People have less time to do things and they taking more of peoples times...it sad what nedbank has become and I foresee alot of job losses there.
