Nedbank vs the Frail old and Helpless

My parents 73 and 67 , geyser broke , nedbank and there insurance giving them the run around , they have no water and unable to make food , due to no water they cannot flush the chain , now they have a health risk , no clean drinkable water ,they have visited your branch exposing them to covid.they were then told they dont have a policy , how can this be how can you provide a homeloan with no protection of your asset please reply so that other nedbank users can see your response i have send this to @badservicewp so that they can fight for the service of my old frail covid susceptibile family member
