Nedbank vs Showmax ****!

My money was deducted from my bank account and never refunded.

I’ve received multiple sms’s showing deductions for Showmax subscription. 4 x transactions went off my bank account; same description and amount of money that was deducted. Showmax can only account for 1 transaction (reflecting on my bank statement),remaining 3 transactions cannot be refunded because they do not show on my bank statement but my money is GONE!!!!!!

Yes they cannot reflect on my bank statement because they’ve failed on Showmax app but my money is TAKEN!!!!!

How is this possible????!!!!!!

How long do I have to wait for my money to be returned??????
