Nedbank vryhied branch pathetic service

The service I received at Nedbank vryhied branch is pathetic to say the list. I got there at 12:00 with 2 consultants working and it is now 13: 10 and I'm still waiting...there were 3 people before me when I got there and only 2 have been helped ...all this after an hour of waiting. Then for a good 20 minutes we were left unattended with no explanation until one of the consultant named Nothile came to try and explain that their system is slow...but she however could not explain the reason why it takes close to 1 hrs 30 minutes for 2 people to get service. No explanation given...it was my second time in this branch and each time the service has been absolutely payhetic
