Nedbank Vredenburg USELESS

After reporting on Hello Peter on February 2022, Nedbank still could not solve my problems. I opened a bank account with Nedbank on 15 February 2022 at the vredenburg branch. After several attempts they still could not issue my with my gold cheque card. Everytime they give me the BS the place that makes the cards have a backlog. But yet My husband opened account 2 weeks after me , and received his gold cheque card 3 days later. ??????

But yet all the other banks doesnt seem to have this backlog BS?

Everytime I go to this Nedbank branch in Vredenburg enquiring about my card they have a new BS story, and everytime they are re ordering this card? how many cards are they still going to order for me? I personally think the staff at the Vredenburg branch does not know what they are doing,and please do not get me going about poor service in that branch.

I am fed up with their BS.
