Nedbank Voucher Refund

I bought 2xR250 1Voucher (R500) which both failed due to failed vouchers on the 19/06/2024. I used my App to query the two transactions. On the same day I spoke to Siduduziwe and she said my query will be resolved within 48hrs. Still after 48 hrs my quiry was not resolved. I did a follow up and spoke to Nhlanhla where she requested a ref number which it was not send to me. She gave me this ref number ***5and she said it will take another 48hrs. I did a follow up today where I spoke to Christine and she told me Nothing was done on my query. What upset me the most is that she said this will take 3-5 working days. I need my money can it be refunded tomorrow cause I feel I've being toyed.
