Nedbank Vincent worse service ever

Nedbank Vincent Park has the worse service ever I have posted on hello Peter before but now I'm really fed up, u can't wait over a hour for a card that u have ordered for it to be delivered, then they say we must come in now on arriving we have to wait over a hour because one person is doing cards but all tellers are open
