NEDBANK Vincent Park East London

We app**** to have a 3rd party taken off our bond as he has never contributed any money towards the bond repayment he asked to be taken off so he could apply for a separate bond. All relevant paperwork was given in. We received a email from NEDBANK telling us that we don't qualify for a home loan????? WE HAVE a home loan!!!! And we have pd it ourselves for the past 2 years with no help from the 3rd party or anyone else. NEVER DEFAULTED either!!!!! I phoned the person we delt with and she put the phone down in my ear??????
