Nedbank Vincent park

Nedbank Vincent Park has the worse service, afew months back I came here to make a new card as my business card got swalled by the atm, so I visited my branch which is nedbank on arrival we get placed in a que fine I wait about and 1 hour they say the computers are offline, fine I leave and return the following week same thing computers are offline so I wait after waiting a hour and a half the lady comes out and tells us it takes up to 1 hour to 2 hours to come back on or I can call this number *** fine I called it they said I need to send an email stating why we can't go to the branch fine emailed them and no reply phone again they manage to order one, no on arriving at the vincent branch I am the only one standing in the collection que but I must wait 45min just to collect a card!!! This is really not on!!
