Nedbank Viking Park Bad Service

Visited Nedbank Viking Park on the 26 Oct 2023 my wife and I came to collect her Cheque card card collections desk got ticket @13:07 waited about 5 mins and all sorted. We explained we would like to see the consultant they then explain that they don't need to issue a ticket to see a consultant. Conveniently not issuing a ticket knowing that we will be sitting and still waiting an hour later. There was one consultant available servicing the branch. I Informed The Manager Joshua he explains that how can I be upset for waiting an hour while he is sitting in is Office not trying in any manner to assist the consultant busy with a client for more than a hour. And with that said while I'm speaking to him he walks away seemingly upset with the complaint. If you call this behavior Customer Service then unfortunately we wont be returning and moving our accounts elsewhere because this is bad service and can understand why there is so little staff while the rest is on a break and conveniently not giving a ticket knowing you will be waiting long hours to be served.
