NEDBANK VERY, VERY POOR SERVICE

I am so disappointed at the **** service that Nedbank gives, my online application was blocked today, I was supposed to pay the under taker today for the funeral, and now i am not able to do that because Nedbank disabled this account because of Fica, I am told by an agent.......Is Nedbank not supposed to send an email or sms to the customers informing them that they must go and Fica, before the disable!!!!!!!! What amateur service is this I think you must get the rating of the worst Bank. I will not be surprised if i don't get a response to this
