Nedbank - very very bad service!!!!

I went to verify my Fica as required by banking laws. Got a trust acc that cannot be done online. I went in Nov , Dec and January, to Nedbank they could not help me and referred me to e mail a certain Leroy- needless to say he never bothered to answer my mails x2. Today i was told in the bank to phone the toll free number- after phoning, i went through 4 people and then AI ? When i talked it said they cannot hear me??? I then shouted - stil they could not hear me ,i am utterly dissapointed in Nedbank
