Nedbank very unreliable

I app**** a building loan with Nedbank, a contractor Trion was building my house, he messed up with compliance but Nedbank still gave him money but after I cancelled with the contractor and wanted the balance to be paid to me so I can finish up everything myself, they started to ask compliance certificate like electricity which they never asked the contractor at the 1st place, seeing that they messed up they decided to suspend the contractor without telling the owners, so ridiculous now I have to stay without my bond been registered while they ripping my interest money that I pay them every month.
