Nedbank very unprofessional service

I am so disappointed in the service received from nedbank being a loyal client for the past 5,years,I have spoken to there call center a guy by the name of victor,to listen to voice regarding which was 2weeks ago and was promised he would come back to me the next day.Regarding nedbank listing me on credit profile,whereas payments where made,,without notifications to me nedbank has decided to list me. I phoned there call centre several times. And again we will come back.Is this service or is it just passing thethrough buck ,shocking Hence current status bad credit profile due nedbank
