Nedbank VERY poor service

Nedbank Deceased Estates service is extremely poor!!! The money takes many months to be transferred to a decease estate account. You ask them questions - no response for months. If this is how this bank operates - I will stay far away and also make that recommendation to all I know!!! 1 star rating is too high! Gerhard Kotze
