NEDBANK - VERY POOR SERVICE

Visited Nedbank bloed street mall on the 07th of July 2018. My husband transferred money into my account but the so called tellers said they can not assist me in paying it into my loan account so i must wait 3 days for it to clear but my husband did pay and clear. i asked to see the branch manager and my day was messed because he was rude, *********** and worse part clueless. He said we can access the money however he can not assist us with a transfer as well. He said we must do it ourselves or come back after 3 days. Worse service ever at Nedbank, I don't get such poor service from FNB. Will not recommend it to anyone rather recommend FNB with their world class service and systems.
