Nedbank Very Disappointing

I have been waiting for Nedbank to call me back. Was offered a payment break on my life insurance/funeral policy. Was told to pay R 20 a month to keep it active, and now receive a text to say it has lapsed. Ridiculous. My next stop - the ombudsman.
