Nedbank very bad bank stay away

I have been a client for Nedbank 13 years maintained all my accounts well. Two months ago we app**** for bond (plot n plan) in partnership, Nedbank and other banks approved with a qautation of 100%. We chose Nedbank over other banks as is our bank, this was a wrong turn trusting the wrong bank. Now Nedbank came back with decline after two months wasting our time, other bank offers and gave us false hope Worse part the house is now on roof level, I'm very disappointed with this bank
