This branch has more greeting staff than tellers! I have seen more than 10 employees already yet only 2 tellers that have been stuck with their current customers for the last 45 minutes. This is the third visit to this branch and there are always issues, less staff, load shedding causing their systems to be slow...

This branch is poorly managed and ruins the brand of Nedbank!
