Nedbank vendors exploiting customers

Ideal take-away in Randburg on Malibongwe Drive near the KFC on which Nedbank client/vendor is charging an additional 10% per customer that wants to pay with a debit card instead of cash. They claim that this is what was advised by their Bank…which is Nedbank as they are using a Nedbank card machine.
