Nedbank Vehicle License Renewal. Do not use and they do not refund.

I used the Nedbank vehicle license renewal offering on 1 December 25 with the promise that I would get the license within 5 working days. By the end of December, I contacted Nedbank and asked where my license disk was, and they had no idea what the issue was and that they even offered the service. I then registered on eNatis and received my license within a few days. To date Nedbank refuse to refund me my payment for a service they didn't do. So do not use Nedbank to renew your license!!!
