Nedbank Vehicle insurance- Terrible service and non delivery

The experience with Nedbank has been appalling. I went through to the vehicle claims process and that was fine, however, 17 Calls to the Insurance and Car hire later there is still no light. Nedbank insurance claims to have sent communication to the vehicle hire , which is the incorrect vehicle group, based on my premiums. Multiple calls and emails but still no resolve and each time i neeed to explain the entire situaltion again.

Worst experience and not getting what you pay for monthly. Dont recommend Nedbank Vehicle insurance to anyone who does not have time in the day to make multiple calls and keep following up.
