NEDBANK VEHICLE INSURANCE-PREMIUM AND CLAIM

Nedbank vehicle insurance does not deserve a rating. I am really not happy with the service. I took their insurance last month and only learned on the day of debit that I had to pay double of which it does not make any sense because I did not request pro-rata as I was having my own insurance. Now its November I have to pay another premium, so in two months I would have paid triple. I have also submitted a claim and it has not been attended to but all they do is to debit the premium. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use Nedbank.
