Nedbank Vehicle insurance it's a no go Zone.

Nedbank insurance is a ****. They're working with Auto&General. When you log a claim, they'll transfer you to the Auto&General and the agents are not willing to assist. If you're insured with Nedbank insurance for your vehicle, change while you still have time. I've been with Nedbank for more than 10 years but I'm very disappointed with their vehicle insurance. I wish you can investigate, just call the department and act as a customer that's trying to claim and you'll be shocked. You'll hold for long and they'll just hang up on you secondly if you're lucky You'll talk to the lady called Loggie and she'll tell you that she can't help but someone will get back to you and at that time you just had an accident.

Please look into that. Nedbank it's one of the best banks and I'll recommend it to anyone but this insurance, it's on another level.
