Nedbank Vehicle Insurance claim

Vehicle insurance claim, it’s two weeks since my claim was submitted. Professionalism zero. I just keep getting told they understand and the claim is with the assessors for the past week now. My vehicle headlights were ****** off my vehicle, and I work nightshift as well as dayshift but the agent handling my claim keeps telling me they understand. It baffles me honestly. I’m just going to have to wait this out because I’ve even sent an email to Nedbanks complaints department, no one even has the audacity to even respond to that. So I guess I’ll just have to wait till the Lord knows when for my vehicle to go in for repairs and immediately change my vehicle insurance. I wouldn’t recommend Nedbank vehicle insurance to anyone honestly. This is ridiculous really. At this point I even think I should just drive to Nedbank Call Centre in Park Square, Umhlanga and park my vehicle with no headlights for their assessors to assess the car and generate a quote on how much it will cost to fix my vehicle. I advise people on taking vehicle insurance with Nedbank and rather just stick to independent vehicle insurers.
