Nedbank Vall mall

I would give less stars if I could. I have been a client for more than 10 years and the service lately has been awful! The ladies are so rude, I had numerous confrontations with them. They would look you in the eye while talking about you. Yesterday already anxious to be at Nedbank this lady told us(my husband and I) to stand 1.5m from each other. I did so. Going into the bank I started explaining what I want and she did not understand and started laughing and talking next to her. I asked her why are you laughing? And while we waited a few of the staff members broke the 1.5m rule to stand next to her to stare at me, like I'm aware... Previously in the the year when I went to Nedbank I had a phone conversation and they eavesdropped, I took the ticket and she asked me am I okay in a way that made me feel embarrassed. That same day a old man stood next to me explaining to the man working there what he wants which I clearly understood but the man working there talked and joked with the lady next to him making fun of the old man and I would know the lady next to him was helping me. Can someone just please tell me how to end my account with them online otherwise I would have to go in, again. These people make me feel uncomfortable and like I'm beneath them.
