Nedbank Vaalmall

Nedbank Vaal Mall has the worst service ever. I did a private car sale through them and the service was absolutely pathetic. After signing ALL the necessary documents the banker failed to submit the documents to ensure payment to Chocned to finalise the transaction. The documents were signed on Wednesday morning at 11:00 but was only submitted late Thursday after which means the settlement amount for the vehicle I'm buying was not paid on time and the rest of the amount has still not been paid to the seller which means after 10 days I still cannot take ownership of the vehicle. Pathetic service
