NedBank - Utterly Terrible

<p>Nedbank you utterly terrible "Service Provider" ... Ive had a Claim put through with their insurance department approx. 1.5-2 months ago now, till today i have not received a final decision on the claim... i have been put through to a "Manager" Christian Fourie, who never returns calls, to handle this claim and from my daily calls to this "Manager" ive hand 1 returned call in the last 2 weeks... i have had my property damaged by the rains and this contiues to get worse as the... weather is really unpredictable so i would like to get this sorted out before it gets much worse, and according to Nedbank they will not entertain my claim due to there being old damage yet my property is insured with you... ive asked the assessor Stanley Ryan & Associates they have appointed o justify this "Old Damage" to me and guess what he also isnt a responder just like Nedbank</p>
