Nedbank using their attorneys to bully me after I sent a complaint on their website!

I wrote on Nedbank's website, a complaint about a credit card debt that was just over R40,000 when I defaulted and now am blacklisted for almost double that amount. I received an automated reply saying, your email has been forwarded to the relevant business unit for a speedy resolution. Few days later, I received a call from Nedbank attorneys threatening to attach my assets to pay the debt. They informed me of their attempts to get hold of me and the date when I was blacklisted. Eventually, the guy said the only arrangement I could make is to pay R100 until i'm in a position to pay. So, I asked him, how long will that take because I contacted Nedbank hoping for some leniency as I cannot find a job. I was retrenched in 2015 and for a while I thought I could manage paying my credit card. I decided to write to Nedbank because one client shared on social media that ABSA gave her a discount of 85% and so she was encouraging us to appeal to creditors directly instead of using the debt counselling route. I believe Nedbank could have handled this differently and I am still traumatised by that experience!
