Nedbank useless service

Hi Guys

Ever been to a government building for something? You wait hours to get serviced. Well I have finished paying off my MFC car finance agree no. *** And I went into the branch to collect my documents for moving the car over to my name. So today I went into the licensing department to finalize moving the car on to my name. Waiting my hours in the hot sun, finally got into the building and to the admin lady only to be told Nedbank has not signed the document. I was ****ed!!!! I gathered my self and walked. Away so there you have it. Now I now I need you as company to fix your mistake(No long apologies needed). Move this car over to my name with out me going into the license dep or a another nedbank thats all I ask.
