NEDBANK Useless Online Banking

Nedbank's online banking has been down the whole of this week & when I query why, I get told to use my mobile app. What is the issue with Nedbank's IT. They are very happy to charge you for ever transaction but when they cannot deliver on their service, don't EXPECT anything in return. YET another useless bank, after Standard Bank.
