NEDBANK - USELESS - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - DON'T EVER JOIN THIS BANK

Useless. I would not recommend Nedbank to anyone waning Customer Service. If moving Banks was not so much of a hassle , I would move in a second. I phoned the call center multiple times and spoke to multiple people in multiple Service departments, and no one helps you they just keep on putting you through to someone else. Nedbank does not believe in Customer service, they think they better then the actual client. And when they don't do they work correctly then the client needs to wait longer for service. You should be very disappointed in your company!!!!!!!!
