NEDBANK - USELESS & HOPELESS STAFF

On the 20th September 2023, a person named Mayuri deposited moneys into my account and stated that it was a *****ulent account for services. Four weeks have gone by and my account is still blocked by Nedbank, despite sending an affidavit together with the proof of payment received from their client. The management & staff of the ***** department of Nedbank is pathetic when it comes to acting in good faith. Numerous phone calls were made, including visiting the branch, but still no information received from them as to when will my account be unblocked. Its been 4 weeks, and their client has not submitted the required documentation and sadly the useless staff of Nedbank don't even follow-up or request the documents from their client who complained.
