Nedbank useless

2 weeks I'm calling, I'm smsing even went to the branch and surprise surprise offline. I keep telling them I can't print or share my proofs of payment from my money app. Not one of them. They giving me the total run around for nothing. I pay high bank charges but am getting no service. I phone call centre again to waste my money and must wait for an sms that never comes. I dont want to talk to any consultant I find them totally useless and ill lose my temper. Just contact me via email to find out details to sort out app. And yes bank has confirm the version is updated version.
