Nedbank - useless bank

i am an account holder at Nedbank for over 4 years now, so recently i had put myself under debt review with Zeeva Debt review, consult at Zeeva sends me documents to fill and advises me to open a new bank account so that there will be no double deductions for when i need to pay them, could not do that since it was late in the month for me to do that since our HR only accepts such up till 7th of the month, ok i couldnt change my bank account. later in the month i call my bank to cancell my debits with my creditors and the personal loans dept sent me a form to fill in for cancelation and i filled in sent it back on 18 May, i call again on 23 May to check if they were cancelled and only to find that there aprts on the form that were not filled in but no one gets back to me regading that untill i call the bank to ask on the cancelation, ok i refill the form send it back to the bank and call in same day to ensure cancelation and i was advised that the debit was cancelled, and i do the same with the next debit but they advise that my debt counsellor needs to send them documents of cancelation, so i rush and send this through to my debt counsellor and it was sent to the bank but it was of no use because all those debits went through, and till today i am still trying to get my money back, almost everything of mine is on hold because of thsi i cannot do a thing, and ontop of everything my debt counsellor is just too laid back telling that these things take time i must not rush, she never even told me that these documents were suposed to be submited by when all she kept on emphasising is that i change my bank where is she knew that this would happen and my bank can not even get hold of her, Zeeva Debt solutions i am not happy with the service i have been getting, as well as Nedbank and i am looking at changing banks because this is not helping at all, being broke while you have your money sitting somewhere...... i know a bank that is very efficient and would have done this ASAP, for me to be told that this takes time is rubish because things like this take time because of lazy people who do not want to do their work and i understand that i am not the only person these two compnies deal with but i do not understand what did Nedbank mean by saying we will process an URGENT refund for you because today marks 5 working days already with no refund.

Dear Nedbank official,

i have been getting emails and calls from Nedbank since day 1 of this issue but still nothing is happening, if you say Nedbank strives to make great banking happen then this is not the way to go about doing it, i dont think you would go for 5 days without your salary you cant even pay your monthly dues and you exepct me to understand and wait for a resolution manager to contact me, i have been waiting for over 5 days for resolution from nedbank, so what difference will that phone call make now, the only phone call i want is of that my money is in my account. otherwise this will escalted even way more than this, you people are lazy man, why does it have to take 5 days for a efund..... really. this is **** man. very bad service i am so not happy with Nedbank and i am leaving this bank as soon as i get my money. funny how your tagline says something which is so meaningless to Nedbank employee.
