Nedbank useless and pathetic

Hey there guys can anybody help with the problem I am having with Nedbank as they have listed me with safps (south africa ***** prevention services)with no knowledge or proof that t I did anything wrong however I was given a case number ,which the police station admits it does not exist after 150 calls to the and alot of emails I get a reply that they have a 2nd complaint with my bank statments being used with sum other persons company details to buy a property which I have no idea of I did revert back to them with no response and apparently this all happened in 2014 which is ridiculous I would really appreciate sum assistance or guidance on what I should do thank you.
