Nedbank useless!!!!!

Since 30/6 I am trying to close my cheq account *** with no success. I have been holding on for more than 30 minutes at a time being transferred backwards and forward. The service is pathetic. I even tried the new messanger thing with no help. This is so frustrating because I must keep on paying fees. No ****** wonder everybody is taking about closing their accounts and leaving Nedbank!!!!!!!! Phone me on *** i
