Nedbank useless

I have homeloan with Nedbank. I cancelled the homeowners insurance in April. Received confirmation that the cancellation is effective from 1st May 2023 from the insurance department. The homeloans department was informed from the insurance department. Then I reveivef an sms from the homeloams department stating the new amount. However yet agaim the home owners insurance was deducted together witjvmy homeloan premium at the end of May. The last premium was supposed to be end April as homeloan premiums are paid in arrears end April 23 for April 23. I am payinh already my nrw insurance from the 1st of May with a different insurance company. I am on the phone to Nedbank and each consultants's story is , we will neef to contact contact the insurance department. All they need ti u derstand is that the premium cancellation was done and confirmation was sent to the homeloans department. Please do thr refund immediately
