Nedbank - Useless

Nedbank is absolutely useless, went to Meyersdal to open an Estate Late account, can't assist as there is no Banker on duty.

Travel all the way to Newmarket only to be told that the certified documents on hand will not be accepted as Nedbank wants to do that themselves, they need originals.

I am a Pensioner and do not have petrol to be continually going from pillar to post. Currently a holder of a Nedbank account and thinking of moving it to another Bank.

Definitely no service at either Meyersdal or Newmarket and they obviously don't care.

Their slogan is "See money differently" but clearly don't offer the service to go along with seeing anything.
