Nedbank unwilling to assist.

Been with Nedbank for over 10 years.Incredible connection refunded me but Nedbank won't release the refund before 7 to 10 days even though they can see the money is there.This is not a small amount and I need this money to pay people working on my house.They keep me on hold for over an hour and still no feed back or help.So much for customer loyalty.
