Nedbank uns****ed staff

<p>I needed to close my late parents investment account. I took the required original docs, IDs, death cert. Letter of authority from high court and then was told by the staff member that the letter of authority was expired!!! </p> <p>Manager says he can't help as she is the boffin in estates.</p> <p>Lodged a complaint with Nedbank, then she calls me and says that there is a problem with the high court and she could not verify the letter of authority. Up to 6 weeks delay for an amount of R47 000. To be released.</p> <p>I'm horrified by their delaying tactics.</p>
