NEDBANK unresponsive

Oh man where is the 0 stars??? Very quick and helpful to get your money and tart an account. But after that... have send several emails over 2 months to get help, no reply. Have called and been placed on hold then when someone finally answered, does not know what to do. POOR!!!!
