Nedbank - unprofessional, zero customer-centric service, unhelpful

Nedbank - useless unprofessional institution with zero regard for clients. Reason : Small business internet banking not functioning since yesterday. Not functioning this morning. No communications from Nedbank to clients on this mess. No indication to the call centre staff when this will be fixed. HOW IS A SMALL BUSINESS MEANT TO TRADE IF IT CANNOT PAY FOR ITS STOCK ON A DAILY BASIS. I am thoroughly disgusted with service. Does the top brass even understand their business. Have the huge salaries they get paid blinded them to the poor service they offer?
