Nedbank unprofessional service

Me and my husband went into Nedbank Middelburg mall to sort out some business to sort out, as I need to assist my husband with al the document and info, we have 2 children my boy is 3years old and my baby girl is 2 month old.. so we went to the bank as we need to stand outside the door first in line, everyone is coming outside more then 4 people and couples that has baby on there back, I told my husband please go to the first lady that needs to assist you first, she come to him and my husband pointed at me as I need to go in, both my children was in a trolley as I can not pick them up, after everyone sanitize the lady walk to me, she started to tell me "you must leave your F @cking children at the door"... Witch bank will tell the mother or dads or who ever to leave there children at the door.. I told her " there is now way I'm going to do that" it part of me, they will come with me, as the security walk to me wanted to thro me out of bank of WHAT ?? because I refuse to leave my babies at the the door... After everything my husband said just wait outside he will come outside if he needs something, I went for a sort walk and went bank, when the lady saw me near the door, she slam the front door in my face and start to laugh with the security guy, my husband send me a WhatsApp to ask for stuff, I call the lady to door, she refuse to open the door so I can go to my husband, my husband saw that she was shouting at me again and he come out and leave everything as is, I ask the lady again after my husband come out, I want to speak to the manager, "she refuse, and tell me there is no manager" I saw the call centre number on the door and call in so that I can lay a charge, after long waiting phone calls and Laing charges against them, the manager said she phone me back after she pull she the CCTV.. 3 days later, she phones back and said she's not going to do anything in this situation, she cant she what they did wrong.. "the manager said I'm welcome to close my account if I like to." What type of manager is she ?? And why cant she do anything about it ?? how unprofessional are they !!! I would really like to see what will become of this !!!!!
